In my understanding, in such a case, officers who were witnesses are obliged to be present in such a situation, or try to detain them themselves. As a result, a no-name Metro Officer who did not see the situation, using only the testimony of one RCSO officer, detained me and did not even talk to the RCSO officer, who made a report.
