When I arrived on scene me and a SBI agent entered the building to begin clearing. The SBI agent then proceeded to randomly fire off several shots for no reason. After clearing the building I heard shots outside, when I got outside I witnessed SBI shooting out a trucks tires for no reason. I was pursuing a suspect who took off from my traffic stop, mid pursuit the suspect collided with a tree and their vehicle became un drivable. The suspect jumped out of his car and began running towards a small pond at which point I tased the suspect and put him in handcuffs. The suspect began to complain that I was "Hacking" because I saw him in the dark. As you can see in the clip provided I was not in fact "Hacking" and it was simply because I had good graphics.
