I was help a RCSO deputy in a 10-80 and the gun crashed, he got out tried shooting the deputy, I and the deputy killed him, few seconds later a suv drove up and hit me and I jumped in his car and killed him as I believe he was involved in a crime 15 or so minutes later Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) RDM, NITRP Why Should You Be Unbanned? I feel that I should be unban as I was trying to intake a lot of information at once, they guy I was chasing and tried to kill me and rcso, and Wgat I beloved was the car I chased moments before, I do agree that I should have jumped into his car and honestly don’t know why I did and I should have handled it differently by getting the person out of the car and investigating the situation instead of killing the person who might not even be the person who was involved in my past pursuit and could have been resolved peacefully with a simple check and CAD check

I was CHP and chasing a guy in a dark blue suv, I lost eyes and set up spikes on the highway while other officers looked for him, I gave up on the spikes and get up radar and caught a blue suv like the one I was chasing, had another chp officer there to box him a felony stop him, I cuffed him and detained him while I check the BOLO, nobody responded to me so I assumed it was the guy, then my car wouldn’t drive and seem to be broken and I requested a ride from the other CHP officer, while I was still trying to figure out if it was him or not, the other CHP officer (or some other person) shot and killed me snd the suspect. I feel I should be unban because I was trying to prove the person I had in cuffs was the suspect we were looking for and was roleplaying, I also didn’t RDM anyone, the only thing I could think of is not using spikes to stop a car from moving during a felony stop, I realize we had him boxed and there was no need for spikes
