If I remember correctly, I was driving from a shooting scene in LA:C, and this truck drove by, popping my tires with a bb gun. I tried to clip but my medal was unfortunately not open and would not open. I followed the truck with a popped tire, and as the driver got out I opened fire on him with a handgun, which a mod was later called and permanently banned me for not having a clip, albeit the other user just showing the part where I shot him, and not when he shot my tire out before. I believe I deserve another chance albeit my previous RDM cases, because I have learned and built on previous actions and punishments within the Mountain Interactive community, and I have learned to always be clipping, and to make sure I have a valid reason to shoot someone instead of just RDMing. I will prevent myself from being warned/banned from RDM and FRP again by keeping more to myself and once again, making sure I have a valid reason to shoot/kill said person involved in the roleplay. I appreciate whoever reads and oversees this, and hope I can have another opportunity to be unbanned and roleplay properly within Mountain Interactive.

Reason for ban: RDM I don't see any format, so I don't have much to go off of. I was banned for rdm because I couldn't clip at the time, and I still shouldnt have shot that person even if it was justified. I've been banned for awhile, and I think ive learned my lesson. I would really like to try PD as I heard its fun. I understand if I stay banned.

I then followed him and shot him dead, which then I left. He waited over 15 minutes to call staff so I would not be able to clip, which I was not able to anyways due to low storage space. I then was going to respawn my car, when a staff member TPed to me. He was overtly rude and would not listen to me, also had my mic muted, telling me "just use text chat its not a problem". The staff member then brought me and the man had cut the clip to when he was on foot after crashing. The staff member said I had a minute left and was interuptting me when speaking, and not to him. I then made a rude remark "I am not speaking to you", And he removed the minute I had left because he is a childish person. He then instantly perma-banned me. Reason For Unban: I did not mean to "RDM" the other male, as he was shooting my tires with the bb gun. I did intend to shoot him, which I did, and double tapped him before leaving. The staff did not nearly give me enough time to explain. I cannot do clips since I am low on memory and storage. I do enjoy playing LA and Perris and wish to be unbanned so I can continue to play.
