After doing so i went to go ask the BMW driver questions when I pulled up and officer by the name of otiz_divison said "These hellcat drivers can compete, if it ain't foreign its boring" I then did not like that he was disrespecting my car and or me so I then proceeded to grab my weapon and shoot him. I meant to just down him not fully kill him so he had a chance of living. i accidently overshot him because the gun i was using usually does less damage then it should. I understand on how it could be seen as RDM but he was clearly talking about my car and I am within well enough distance to hear him say that. So I had a car that was given to me, I rolled up on a scene where two dudes were talking to a cop and then they hopped in my car and i said out and i didnt like that they got in, So i went on top of a building and shot them and a staff member said it was RDM even tho i shot them and everyone around so there was no witnesses Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) RSDM x4 Why Should You Be Unbanned?
