Incident Details: On October 18th, around 12:40 PM GMT-5 (CST) McDonalds I was working at McDonald’s for about 10 minutes when this incident occurred. I had roughly $2,200 on me at the time cause I had been working. I noticed car engines and emergency lights outside, so I went to check what was going on. It appeared to be a normal traffic stop at first. Suddenly, the driver of a blue Charger exited the vehicle and shot the officer on scene. Multiple law enforcement officers responded. I raised my hands and complied immediately. I was detained because I had a firearm on me which I carried to protect myself because I had been robbed before. Without any actual evidence, the detective (Offender) confiscated my weapon for “testing” and falsely claimed it had been fired recently, which it had not. Obviously I objected to that but nobody listened. I later discovered he had also taken my $2,200 while “testing” the weapon, thanks to the sheriff after I was released. He then told the sheriff who detained me to book me without any proof. After I convinced the sheriff to pull over and review the situation, I showed him a clip proving the detective fabricated the evidence. The sheriff then released me. The whole thing was just a big misunderstanding, and I had clips to support that, but I recently wiped all my medal clips, because I clip the past 5 minutes and it was taking like a TON of my storage. A player that was in a car tried to hit a driveby on me and my friend, and when we saw the same car a couple minutes later, I assumed it was the same person and shot at them. I shot him, and I was kind of unsure about it all because he wasn't acting hostile, but I genuinely believed it was the same person that tried to shoot me. It turned out to be the wrong guy, if you looked closely at both clips, you would see that the avatars were different. My friend was the one who described the car to me, but I caught a glimpse of it in the low visibility night time. I was looking at something else I didn't realize it, they were in a close area, in the same exact car and color, but now I understand that it counts as RDM. In the reason the moderator that denied my appeal last time, one of the things he said was, "Along with the clips you did not check if it was the same person resulting in you shooting someone for no reason, as it say's in the rules that is RDM. You may re-appeal in 30 days." I was on a ZTP as well, and I'm trying to be as transparent as possible here, and that's why I was permanently banned. It really was just an honest mistake, and completely unintentional. I had literally just recently been unbanned after attempting to appeal multiple times, I had no intent to break any rules. The circumstances were pretty weird because I don't talk in the discord server, so I was confused how I could have violated the rules there. I was informed that it was a group chat in which I used a gif with a racial remark. I've submitted 2 appeals so far, both being denied and being told to try again in 30 days, so this will be my 3rd appeal. At the time, I didn't know that stuff done in DMs or group chats would result in moderation if it was reported, which is why I was confused on the whole thing. I have had a lot of time to reflect on what I did, and understand how it was a mistake. I didn't think sending that would have consequences, but now I get that it does and that it was still wrong. In the second one, I was with a friend testing out a new car she had gotten, we found out it was possible to shoot out of the vehicle, and instead of being smart I shot at someone in the parking lot and killed them. After I got banned, I just started playing a lot of Valorant, Rust, and games just off the Roblox platform. But, most other games feel repetitive. Perris had a community like no other, and I liked how small it was, because everyone knew everyone. Losing access to the game overtime has shown me how much I actually liked being apart of it. It's not all about the shooting, or running from the cops, it's about being with friends and just having a good time. The fact of the matter is, it's a place I actually want to invest my time in. I will literally do anything to get unbanned, any conditions. ZTPs, anything. If I mess up again, I'm done for good, and I will accept that. I don't want another appeal, no more second chances. I want this to be the last time I have to explain myself because of mistakes I have made. I don't really talk in the discord, so I don't know how it was even possible for me to be banned in there for V-TOS in the first place. I did try appealing like 3 months ago, and the moderator told me to try again in 30 days. My guess back then was that I had sent an inappropriate GIF in a GC with some friends and some people who didn't like me. I think one of them probably reported me, and I was banned. I didn't know that Mountain Interactive even moderated DMs or group chats like in this scenario. That's why I was pretty confused. I heard there was a new game coming out or something, I'm interested in that. I'm overall just interested in getting back into MI games like Perris, LA, etc. It gets boring being stuck on the same ERLC RP that quite frankly sucks when compared to a game like Perris.
