Ive tried to do a appeal for V-tos in their discord I got declined and I cant unfortunately join back.. atp whats next how do i get updates on the discord and ventura? will my ban ever be appealed? Will the one strike policy ever occur on discord bans ? I need answers because currently I seriously want to join back the discord in any way possible

Honestly I dont know what happened or why this occurred but I was in the discord you just viewing the announcements hoping to see ventura come back up when all of a sudden i closed the discord app and open it again I see it gone.. I dont know why but i believe i didnt do anything bad I havent even commented except replying to peoples questions in the ventura chat. dunno if this is a glitch or not but Im also not banned from any MI games or anything I can perfectly play fine. Maybe ygs can look into it idk

Basically its been 2 months already since my appeal but what I could remembering happening is one of the officer that pulled over my friend starting chasing them down while i was looking from a distance. I hopped out of my car and shot the officer down without caring much about the situation bc I was just defending my friend and I didnt expected to get teleported to the mod. We disuccused and since this was my 2nd offense (all I can remember) the mod decided to perm ban me. I was utterly annoyed since I just got unbanned after not playing the game for a month straight and this was my first game after getting unban. I appeal the ban the next day and was declined since Ive gotten to many bans in the past but I really just want to play the game and have fun make memories again not be banned "forever" just cus I killed a man that easily responded after he died. I was playing in the civilian team when I saw one of my teammates getting run down by a police officer. I proceeded to stop my car from a mild distance and open fire on the officer. Later that day I was called by a mod and getting charged with RDM and V-tos ( because of my bans from the past) we had a whole 40 minute explanation on why the ban was unfair and I deserve a shorter ban since I was only helping my teammate not purposely rdm a officer without any cause. I should be unbanned because this is my favorite game that I’ve ever played on Roblox. I would hop on this game every week and weekend and play with my friends and have a good time. I was role playing as a civilian since I been playing as a sheriff most of my time. I bought a glock weapon and carried on with my role play when these to officers opened fire back at my friend. I got out of my car and shot both of the cops which I later belived they were the ones that reported me for my RP. I later got banned without any mod warning me and clearly if you check the ban logs there is no proper name of the mod that banned me. I got perm ban for RDM. I respected every member and got a long with my partners as a sheriff and I always play as a sheriff following the rules and just having fun role playing. Another reason I believe I should get unbanned because I think that being ban for a RDM isnt fair. I never cheat never got warn and never find glitches to pass the game I just rp and never disrespected mods.
