When heading to the CHP station to book the player, I noticed the game bug with the hold feature. I ended up respawning a new car to get the player out of the old vehicle(shown in the clip). Reattempted to hold the player(shown in the clip); however realised it's a player bug on my end. Ended up respawning myself to hold the player, in which the player left. Also, see him running away while being handcuffed. (Clip 1) After clip 1 ended, another player killed us in the CHP parking lot, where then I ended up respawning and going to the locker room to get gear. Where the same CHP player ended up killing other players as they go inside the locker room. (Clip 2) After getting killed in clip 2, the same player still proceeds to go on a mass shooting spree in the CHP station. Which again results in me dying.
