In the process of this I stumbled upon the spawn of individual sheriffs, I did not engage in any immediate acts of violence and was willing to actually roleplay the situation. During this confrontation the reporter engaged in False Roleplay, No Intention To Roleplay and furthermore he cuff rushed me. Why should I somebody just engaged in roleplay allow myself to be abused by someone and tarnish my clean record. I do not understand why I should be warned when I am protecting myself against false role-players who do not wish to engage in any fun aspect of the game. I just kindly ask that my warn be removed and I do not wish to push any charges on the reporter for false roleplay or cuff rushing. Thank you. The reporter was seen under a police vehicle (specifically a truck) proning / laying with an item in their hand. Under California Vehicle Code section 10852 it is unlawful for an individual to tamper with any vehicle without proper authorization. Additionally, the Supreme Court of the United States of America concluded in Terry v. Ohio that any individual may be stopped and frisked if the officer forms articulable suspicion that a crime was committed, in this case tampering of a vehicle and government property. After I drove up to the reporter while he was under the police issued vehicle, the reporter immediately got into his vehicle and left the scene and later crashed into another police vehicle. As seen in the video the reporter used as evidence, the reporter admitted to being under a police vehicle and claimed that it was "not" a crime although as stated through California Penal Codes that such actions are reasonable for a frisk. The actual actions of the reporter being gunned down had nothing to do with myself, the reporter tried to flee a lawful stop and I used nonlethal force to prevent the reporter from leaving, other officers engaged in lethal weapons. I completely think that the law is on my side in this matter and such actions I committed should NOT warrant a warning, thank you. Additional Members Involved or Witnessing (Optional): Skizziio
