I've violated my OSP and I really was trying to be careful considering I really do like the games that Mountain Interactive provides. I'd violated the ToS by committing harassment because somebody made my anger build up a ton, though I regretted it instantly I did attempt to apologize to him. I knew that I really shouldn't tell anybody to die even as a joke. I do understand fully why I was banned and I want to be let back into Mountain Interactive's games because I enjoy to play them. If my ban actions was appealed, then I would be 10x more careful and I would genuinely be way more careful and I wouldn't argue or let anybody make my anger build up. I understand this was immature of me, I understand fully why I was banned. I did not tell them to die in a very harsh way, more just because I died and was angry for a second. I won't let this happen again.

In two cases after three hours of me being unbanned from a ban, I went and rdmed two times, first I shot a guy just standing on the streets because I thought he was in a related shooting I was in due to me being in a shootout with an individual that looked similar to him, on the second case, I shot a cop thinking the guy was being arrested and I'd do the guy a favor, I was completely wrong and it ended up being rdm, I had intention to roleplay but I failed to do so. I am sincerely sorry for what I've done, I had no intention of RDMing and failing to roleplay, I was immature at the time, I understand what I did was wrong and I promise to not do it ever again, and I wont repeat my actions. I believe I should be given one last chance to be able to play this game properly, I understand my actions were wrong and against mountain interactive's rules and I promise to not repeat what I did again.

this is the ban.w Date: 1/05/2025 (AEST) Roblox user & User ID: chookpoo07, 1384643793 Discord ID: 1331055617045037135 what happened: So basically i was turning around in a sheriff van and i accidentally hit a car and then i accidentally hit a light pole and then some cop came up and acted rudely towards me so i jokingly shot the man with a shotgun (he didnt die cus it would be friendly fire which i knew i couldnt kill him) and then he said yup your cooked. i was roleplaying. idk how it is nitrp and gta driving. idk what TA even means. why i should be unbanned: i feel like i should be unbanned because i didnt even mean to hit the guys car trynna do a u-turn and shooting him was jokingly, i was roleplaying the whole time and now im banned from both games, yes sure i couldve been a bit more realistic but i dont think its deserving of a ban. i just donated because i wanted to support the game and then i get banned later on. sure just because i donated isnt a excuse but this is just a extra bit of info.
