I was relaxing at the 7/11 gas pumps until I heard shooting behind me and saw a Civilian shooting at a USMS marshal, so I turned around and shot the civilian and helped out the marshal. Until the civilian was down and I confirm. I walked away and went near the front of 7/11. Then I noticed the USMS aiming his service rifle at me. So I decided to pull my drum glock 19 and shoot him, he shot me and I went unconscious. They later healed me and (if I remember) they didn’t cuff me so I shot him again, but a CHP tackled me before I could, then the CHP cuffed me and I shot in my cuffs (I didn’t notice I was still in cuffs) so he decides to call staff and then I lag out (I’ll provide a picture of proof in the reply section) the near by staff member (girl in white hair) was beside me when I lagged out. Anyways. I decided to join again and look for that CHP to tell him what happened, but then I decided I was tired so I hopped off (it was around 5 AM in the morning). I check the ban logs to see if I got warned. But I saw I got banned. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) LTAP, GL Why Should You Be Unbanned? I should be unbanned because I didn’t LTAP, or glitch. All I did was shoot in cuffs. And I got kicked due to my internet being ****. Too my knowledge LTAP happens when you are in a staff scene, and you willingly leave to avoid punishment. But in this case I lagged out. and glitching i don’t know. To my acknowledgment, shooting out of cuffs is FRP, and FRP should only be a warning since this is my first offence.
