You can spawn inserts by having gold plat titanium diamond not silver tho so your wrong you need gold+ to have access to spawning cars.

Rating: 8.5/10 My Experience: I had gold for about 1 month and I'm enjoying it I like to have access to the LAPD team and having free guns at the gun store in Perris you have guns on load out which is amazing and I like it you guys should buy gold if you'r thinking normal type of premium. Favorite Perks: Having to join the FBI/AMR is the number 1 reason I bought this membership it is amazing for normal players who want to access teams like FBI, AMR, CHP, SRU, and so much more you should buy it if you like FBI and AMR or any other teams you like.
