I start my traffic stop get the driver identified and go back to the MDT, while running the driver, the trooper pulls out his handgun, aims for a while at the back of my partners head then shoot's and kills my partner. Then a random civilian who's observing the traffic stop, tries to kill another civilian, who manages to get away.
