Reporter Discord ID*: 935261575437225984Offender Roblox Username*: Ammartytyty Offender Discord Username*: not in Incident Description*:At approximately 1625 hours on April 23, 2025, I, Officer makipugs, was on routine patrol when I observed a white Dodge Charger parked in the S&K parking lot with the engine running and no occupants inside. The vehicle was in violation of California Vehicle Code 10.36.090 (Unattended Vehicle with Engine Running). I approached the vehicle to investigate. A short time later, an unknown male exited the store and approached the vehicle. Upon seeing me, he immediately turned off the engine. I advised him of the observed violation and asked him to provide identification. The suspect claimed the vehicle had never been running and refused to identify himself. After giving multiple lawful orders to present ID, and the suspect continuing to fail to comply, I proceeded to place him under arrest for failure to identify and the initial vehicle code violation. During the arrest, an individual later identified as a rogue RCSO ( (Riverside County Sheriff’s Office) deputy, thebroskis36(https://www.roblox.com/users/8345115409/profile?friendshipSourceType=PlayerSearch), approached and, without warning or provocation, discharged his firearm in my direction. I was forced to disengage from the suspect and return fire in self-defense. The RCSO deputy was fatally shot during the exchange. The original suspect used the chaos to flee the scene in the white Charger. I discharged my service weapon at the fleeing vehicle in an attempt to disable it. At approximately 1632 hours, a second male, approached me on foot and addressed me with "Sir." I responded with "Yeah?" and the individual, later identified as Ammartytyty, produced a firearm and opened fire. I was struck multiple times and incapacitated on scene.
