On September 10th, I returned home as usual and logged into Ventura, only to discover that I had been banned for "being in a cheating server." At that time, I was a Moderator in Training. Confused by this situation, I took a screenshot of the ban message and shared it in the chat, asking what had happened. Gerald then sent me a direct message, stating, "You can't be in cheating servers." However, the scan message clearly indicated that I was "previously" in cheating servers. Ultimately, Gerald also banned me from Discord. I tried to clarify my situation, explaining that I had left the cheating server three months ago and had only been in it for one day. Unfortunately, he ignored my explanation. I had thought it was just a server for developers, as a friend had sent me the invitation, and the server's name was "wearedevs." I had no idea it was a cheating server. Additionally, I want to mention that I completed my Staff Application and was approved before I got banned. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned? I believe I should be unbanned because I have been a dedicated member of Mountain Interactive for over a year and a half. During this time, I have served as a moderator in training and actively supported the community through donations. I engage with my fellow members in the general chat every day, discussing the game and various other topics, and I always strive to create a positive atmosphere. If I am unbanned, I assure you that I will not repeat the same mistakes and will continue to be the supportive member I have always aimed to be. I really enjoy your games because they add a lot of joy to my daily life. This is one of the best and most realistic roleplay groups on the platform, and I am eager to return as a responsible and positive contributor. Additional Image of the DM's:
  2. Alright 👍, keep me updated.
  3. I recognize that I should have asked my friend what type of server it was; however, it didn't occur to me at that moment. Thank you for considering my appeal.
  4. My Ban Appeal Appealing Discord ID: 1256630920903921758 Ban Length: Permanent Ban Reason: I was banned for being in a cheating server, and I'm really confused about it. I never used cheats or downloaded any. I was only in that server for one day, about three months ago, and I left shortly after joining. It's perplexing to me that the ban came three months later. The server was called "Wearedevs," and I initially thought it was a space for developers because my friend recommended it to me. I'm still appalled that you decided to ban me three months later. I'm confused about how this is even considered an offense. As I mentioned, I never used any cheats from the server at all, nor did I download any. Why I Should Be Unbanned: I have always strived to be a positive and supportive member of the community. Over a span of a year, I have made several donations and even served as a Moderator in training, demonstrating my commitment to our shared values. I want to assure you, with the utmost sincerity, that I have never engaged in cheating. If you examine the scanner message, it clearly states "Previously found in," indicating that I had already exited the server before the ban being issued. My support for Mountain Interactive runs deep, and I find it truly perplexing to be banned under such circumstances. I have been an avid player of your games for many years, and cheating or exploiting has never crossed my mind. While I fully acknowledge that participating in an exploiting server is unacceptable, I want to reiterate that I was completely unaware it was such a server and took action to leave it the very next day. I deeply value my place within the community and hope for the opportunity to continue contributing positively. Thank you for considering my appeal. Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: N/A.
  5. Rating: 10/10 My Review: I recently joined Mountain Interactive, and as I'm quite skeptical on purchasing subscriptions, I just decided to take the risk and buy this one. Now I was surprised at the amount of content you get with Titanium, not only do you get a assortment and I mean a full inventory of weaponry, you get a large and unique variety of vehicles to your picking. If we go to teams, you get every single team available in Perris as well as LA. Not only is Titanium worth's it money, it's fun and worth it for people who play Mountain Interactives games. Overall, you get a substantial amount of content, teams, cars, guns, and everything available in the game. It is 100% worth it's money. Favorite Perks: The teams is what I enjoyed the most, you get a variety of teams in Perris ( all of them ), and it is so much fun. Now in LA, you get all the teams, and POII in LAPD. The access to all teams in the game allow for the BEST roleplay experience POSSIBLE! Vehicles, now I'm not much of a fan or nerd on cars, but these cars in-game are insanely good looking and fast. Not only do they add style to your character, but they allow for you to get to places quick and as fast as humanly possible. OVERALL: If you have the money for titanium, then buy it. You will not regret it at all.
