Alright, so let me get down to detail me and my friend (exsisant102) We were in a traffic stop, and then we took off and we went inside his house, Cops surrounded, it breached it not entirely but Moderator came and declared it was a Moderator Scene since the house, like items were outside and stuff so like 4-3 Moderators took over , All LEO left the scene and there was still cops around still trying to breach it..? And then Moderators bringed me saying i was glitching, by shooting him outside the garage, but you can clearly see his head/CHP cap inside the whole Garage. ( Even the moderator admitted to bumping him, inside the wall to the point his head was out inside the wall so i shot him.) Notes: if you look, and time the clip perfectly you can see the dude his whole head inside the wall. ( i also have some pictures. ) And in the Rulebook/Guidelines the definition for glitching isn;t defined. There;s no real definition. i wanna say in my own terms, this was a false ban.. cause if you look at the clip the CHP dude was the only one really glitching trying to get inside the garage. i don;t know why i was banned.. And i wanna say Sorry to the person, that was reporting thinking i was glitching, or doing whatever. All i wanna say if you try to go inside the garage, and try glitching in and your whole head is inside the garage that's on you, ima shooting you dude. Mid gun-fight especially The pictures, are a bit low quality but you if u look closely you see his Torso, and his head and his arms inside the garage. And if you also you can see his head inside the grass how does that even happen unless your trying to glitch in to something (By crouching, up and down..) i was also told if i felt like it was a false ban i could appeal it, just wanna make it clear.

Alright, so basically it was "xqskrr" (me) my other friend "fieldmanders" (friend) we were looking around for SOB or a other rival group. Then we saw these people lives on the phone app they were basically beefing with my friend saying it was "on-sight" or whatever so they basically wanted beef with us. So we we;re looking around for them and we saw them.. They shot first at us so then after that i got killed in crossfire so i spawned, we saw them spawning also then we had a brawl.. And then a dude pulls out a gun then shoots us. So i respawn at the same place i died at (CHS, Highschool) and then i went in my car went to go get guns and pretty much shot them.. i have a bit of explanation of why i did that i didn;t know they;re wasnt a KOS rule thing like Kill-On-Sight thing basically we're beefing they;re pretty much KOS thats how i thought of it.. i didn;t know KOS was a rule breaking thing. And i will never do it again and i am truly sorry to the people that i killed in that clip, and i should deserve another chance and a bit of grace since this has been my first game ban in a while.. so i truly know not to do it again and i will never do it again. And thanks to the moderators, and MI i've learned what to do better and actually read the rules next time. i will try to prevent this by maybe reading the rules before i do something, and a natural instinct not to do dumb stuff. And i just wanna say Sorry to Mountain Interactive Staff team for handling this dumb stuff beyond my half i will try to prevent this by reading the rules and actually scrolling down and acknowledging them. And last thing i wanna say i am truly, truly sorry to whoever i did those to. And i wanna just say what i did was very unfair and i am truly honest and i did make that mistake. Knowing what;ve done is making me disappointed in myself. i want to say i am truly sorry whoever felt, sad or un-comfortable when spammed the soundboard and whoever heard it and had to endure it. Some of the suggestions on diamond i want is More guns, 6 guns are personally not enough for people who spent 100-800$.. i understand that people may say that we have enough or like stop being greedy and this and that but, people spent 800$... The 6 Guns are very nice, honestly we need more than 6. (8-9) i would like just to get my money-worth, Diamond is worth it just this is the only sort of suggestion.
