I will state what happened on my end of the situation, I was arriving at Rochester Apartments in the 2016 Ford Interceptor, A shootout occurred and I thought the person who clipped the incident was the Suspect because she had a rifle on her. When the shootout took place, I wasn't the one who had the silenced rifle since I was on patrol as an LAPD Officer.
