(Minimum 150 words) Well, I been staff here before here at MI and I enjoyed it, and staffing was pretty fun but then I played Perris, LA all the time and the roleplay games here are too fun and I just love mountain interactive in general I used to be an admin here. I think I should just become an admin again it was all fun I would just like to return to grind back to admin I will do my job every single day here If I get accepted again and get no warnings from IA. I promise please give me another chance here at mountain interactive. Also, I worked with serval other admins and moderators here at MI I have a lot of mods and friends in the staff chat. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team? My skills are like listening and doing the things my supervisor tells me to do all the times and answer any questions and basically just moderator the in-game server BOTH games this includes LA and Perris, I just liked doing my job when I was an admin here at MI. I miss the good old days. so yeah, this is basically all of my skills I gotten say for now. 3. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role: No, I haven’t just mountain interactive Itself. 4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members? I would first tell them to calm down after a little bit of time I will step in and give them another verbal warning and if they don’t stop arguing or the beef they are saying/doing I will warn them for member disrespect if not I’ll mute them if they keep on going if they are counterspy arguing about the thing they are beefing about. If not, I’ll hit them with a ban upon crop+ approval or just leave them on mute for a good old 3 hours. 5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role: Alrighty, one time I had an argument between a few people, and they raided some server but then I handled like a real man. So, I muted them in the server and then reported it to discord and banned them afterwards to prevent more alt accounts so discord can HANDLE themself. If not, I’ll handle it myself by banning them from the server if this includes MI. 6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities? I’ll do them slowly by doing it in a spefice orders and doing them by task and just like completing them by 1 by 1 and it also depends on what the tasks are if they are hard tasks I’ll put hem for first priority and complete them when I have time. If they are things that are not really Important, I’ll them on a low priority. 7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why? The most Important value for a staff member here at Mountain Interactive is to upload is to be patient and do everything that you are given by your supervisor or a crop tells you to do it when you have the correct time and correct patience if you are not patient you might get terminated from the MI staff team as the MI staff team requires you to be patient. Also, why? because crop are higher ranks, and you must do what they say to you or else you’ll lose your job as a staff member here at MI. 8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community? I would support the community by giving them the help they need and what they are struggling to find this includes the website anything that involves here at MI. I also can encourage new members to join the game and actively lineage by following the rules and playing the game roleplaying not doing anything stupid. I can also support people by allowing them to ask me only for help as I’m an active member 24/7. 9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them? My long goal terms are probably completed it is to get a job here and listen to my higherups (supervisors) and do whatever they say to do can be bans, kicks, logs, editing things and things that include staff only or the main discord server.
