Basically, I reported someone for FRP, because we got in an accident and I tried to ask him for insurance and then he ran me over, after that I chased after him to get his name for a hit and run. He crashed and left. Once confronted which I reported him for FRP. But since in my clip he ran me over, I thought the game handles that with scripts, like hellcats, LAPD, CHP, LASD cars. When you get hit you get injured. And since the game didn't register it as a fatal accident, I thought I was fine. Because in IRL there's people that get hit and ran over and still stand up. I was going to RP it out as well but since I saw there was legit, NO ONE expect my friend around us, in an empty part of the map. I thought that, that part should be voided as well. I apologize for it, I didn't know f12ongod got unbanned for his actions which is fine. I asked the moderator that banned me strivebound why I got banned, it was because I had one previous prior warning in my year in playing the game. Which was also for FRP, I made a appeal for that warning as well and is waiting on a moderator to review it. Yet again I apologize but, I believe I shouldn't get banned for this because I thought the game handles and registrars' vehicles accidents. Warning Reason: (If multiple on that day, please list all of them) FRP. Warning Appeal: I knew you had to RP car crashed, sorta but I thought the game took care of that, with its realistic damage system, if you die or get injured and blackout. I got reported for it. I did RP it, by getting out on the floor injured and crawling my way towards the officer, and when he wasn't looking, I reached for my gun while injured in my waist band. I really thought the game took care of it, I crashed going 70-80 which I told was apparently fatal? Even though the airbags were deployed and I was injured. This is my first offense since I started playing the game around a year ago. And since I had this warning, a few days after I got ran over in LA again by f12ongod after I claimed for his insurance. He was banned for FRP and then suddenly unbanned after a few hours? But since I got up after the accident and didn't "RP" me getting runover in an empty part of the map. My friend told me to get in the car in which I did, so we can call the cops and grab his insurance. I apologize for my actions, I been playing for a while and I never knew that not Roleplaying crashes out is an issue. Because I thought the game always took care of that. Same thing with getting ran over it normally VDM's you and you fall down and bleed slightly and get back up.
