Hello, As you may now this is my first ban via the main discord server and is honestly the first server I've been banned from. In all honesty, no I haven't read the discord server rules. Now, I'm not attempting to use this as an excuse, but this does play a factor as to WHY I did this. But, reflecting back on my actions, and just what I did honestly, I'm realizing how stupid this was. I haven't ever really read the discord rules or even taken them seriously, but after being banned I now can and will. I have spent the last hour or so, reading the discord rules (something I should've done a while ago), I have an understanding on what to do and what to not do now, which again is something I should've had a while ago. I honestly feel I should be unbanned because I've spent some time reflecting over what I've done & why I shouldn't have done it. I honestly do want to be in the discord to stay informed and interact with others. This was a simple mistake, I was trying to make people laugh, yet failed and was banned. I truly feel I should be unbanned because I do reflect & learn from my mistakes and ensure things that I've done wrong don't happen again. Obviously, this didn't happen because I didn't take the discord rules, or any discord moderations seriously. But truly I do want to interact and have fun with others in the main discord & follow the rules. I would lastly, like to apologize directly to the entirety of the moderation team, I have really just made their jobs harder, and caused so much chaos behind the scenes I'm assuming. I want to thank you all for giving me this chance at appealing. I'm looking forward to your response, in hopes my request can get considered. The more information you provide, the better we can understand the situation. A few days ago, I was banned for abusing the gun duplicating glitch. The moderator who banned me assumed I went on the sheriff team to bug the weapons, but the truth is my friend gave me them when he was on a police team - so I guess it is still bugging the guns and duplicating them. We then went on to do a few shootouts and obviously use them weapons. Shortly after, we were caught and taken into cuffs and then it turned into a big moderation scene. However, I was the only one banned as the guns were in my trunk and I fully 100% do take the blame for the actions I did. I feel to be honest, maybe I shouldn't be unbanned because to be honest, I've spent a few days reflecting and honestly realized how stupid, and just annoying this was for other players trying to actually roleplay in the game. However, I really only did this because I made the assumption this wasn't abusing the gameplay system because I never went on the team to bug the weapons, my friend did. But, either way reflecting back I still do realize how stupid and just annoying this was. But as I said I've spent a few days reflecting from my last two ban appeals I've made in regard to this. and I feel I should mainly be unbanned because I genuinely do want to play the game and stop being stupid & ruining it for others, because this is simply not okay. Another reason I feel I should be unbanned is because I am now educated on the rules - I've spent the last few days re reading & familiarizing myself with the current rules for both Perris & Ventura, now that I've done that, I actually have knowledge on what you can and cannot do. Lastly, I should be unbanned because this will not happen again, I view myself as a person who when they make a mistake or mess up I actually learn from what I did, and improve for the better next time to ensure this does not happen again. Whilst the assumption was I glitched the guns and duplicated them on a police team - I simply didn't. The reasoning and story behind how I didn't is listed above. Another reason is, the clip provided in the ban log is INVALID so I'm quite unsure where the proof is, and what exact scene the clip is showing. When I asked the moderator to ensure the clip link is valid - the response I got was yes, although myself and 4 other friends tried clicking the clip link in the ban log channel, and we all got the same error. But I admit I drove into a crimescene and took a AR-15 From a dead cop I wouldn't want to ruin gameplay I just wanted the gun for self defense. I Didn't want to cause unfairness holding an AR so I placed the AR's that I found into my trunk, Didn't want to use it to mass rdm and stuff, threating people, etc

For some reason won’t let me say more but: I understand what I did wasn’t right and violates the games rules - I understand how it honestly ruins the entire game for others. I understand how honestly stupid my actions were, this will not happen again.

Myself and a few other friends were play Ventura - my friend who has diamond said he would go on the VHP team and see us later. Whilst me and my two other friends were playing, my friend on the VHP team saw us, and dropped us one rifle. Later on, we were driving around and we went into a shooting scene. When the scene was near the end, we went in and took LEO guns from cops dead bodies - we then put these in MY trunk. Later on, while we were attempting to pass the border, we were arrested and our car was searched - the Port Authority then saw all of the LEO guns in my trunk, and of course assumed that I had glitched the guns or whatever. I'd also like to say - the clip provided in the ban log is INVALID, when you click it via the ban log an error shows up - I've contacted the moderator and they've simply said "It's working for me", whilst me and 4 OTHER friends have tried clicking the link and an error shows up. Hi, Already messaged you on Discord, however I'll say it again here. Firstly, I acknowledge this was RDM. But I'd also like to say, I have zero past warnings, or any record of being moderated for RDM in LA or PERRIS and I should've been banned not warned. However, as requested I will write a statement in regard to why I RDMED this user, and why I should be unbanned. I and a few other friends were cooking, after we were done selling, we went to the laundromat to wash our dirty cash. This user then proceeded to park his vehicle in a driveaway in the front of laundromat, and walked inside, note this part is not on clip but he walked into the laundromat and then walked back out. We then left and saw him washing cash. So, all of my friends told me to shoot him it isn't RDM, so I assumed it wasn't. I then killed him, and we left. I want to acknowledge that this is RDM, as you can see, I don't have any past record of RDM, because I know random killing simply ruins the entire roleplay experience, and honestly ruins the game and makes the game not fun, for anyone. I really do understand why I was banned, and I will not do it again, now that I have more knowledge about RDM, and how it actually works.

Incident Description*:Myself and my friend were shooting at LAFD at police officers after we lied that there was a shooting at target, when they all went to target we shot in the direction of target, they shot back and we told our friend in vc (Theyfwhim_5) to come pick us up and help us so we could run away and not be killed or arrested.
