Looking back, I get that what I did violated MI TOS and I take full responsibility. At the time, I was just messing around and trying to have fun on LA but I now know that what I did wasn't okay and might have made other people feel uncomfortable which I am sorry about.. I do regret what I did and my intention wasnt to make people feel uncomfortable but looking back at the situation, I do see how some people might feel uncomfortable from what I did. I think I had saw something similar in a picture on LA which made me believe it was acceptable. Now, I understand it isnt. This is my first ban for something like this and I am really sorry for my actions, I'm usually quite respectful and I would love a second chance. And yes I am not asking for you to entirely remove my ban, I’m just wondering if it could be reconsidered and reduced to a time ban.

I was arrested on some gun charges and when I reached LAPD I started playing a soundboard which was a smoke alarm sound effect just for the fun of it and to pass time, I have done it once in the past but nobody has said anything and I've red the rules in timeout and I've not seen a rule like that before. Then the people who reported me are saying they reminded me multiple times however I didn't hear anything because I had Roblox Volume on like volume 3 and I was watching Tiktok at the same time. So I didnt hear them and did it whilst in booking then I stopped in the jail cell to AFK. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned? I've never actually been moderated for something like this before, I sure do have a history for things like FRP, RDM and things like and I know that but it wasn't to bother anyone, just to get a laugh which clearly didnt work. If they told me to stop, I would have stopped. I even deleted the software and it was just a bit of a shock, I understand what I've done and I wouldn't do it again. Even if you decide you will keep me banned, I won't do it again. I just don't like being banned and didn't realise it was a violation
