This guy violated traffic he tried to run away from rcso, from rcso already chased until he stopped. All I know is that he has been shot but I just fainted and he told me to call the RPD. I've called the RPD at the mic but he tried to leave, I told him to stop the RPD coming but he kept yelling and kept going. I got into his car and I told him to stop until finally in his way I used a tazer to disable him when I wanted to disable it failed for my second attempt at tazer again. He immediately pulled out a long-barreled gun and pointed at me, I then pulled out a gun and shot him. Because he was when I tazer cake under the car was proprone.
