Roblox Username & User ID*:luvinqavora 173699794 Discord ID: 601252172851576863 Moderating Staff Member:haydz Incident Description*:Yesterday, I was approached by an admin regarding two issues: a past message where I referred to someone as “chocolate boy,” and an exchange of Discord information, where it was assumed I lied about my age. First, about the “chocolate boy” comment I want to be clear that there was absolutely no racial intent behind it. I didn’t know the person’s name at the time and made the comment based on how his avatar's skin color reminded me of a chocolate bar. It was a poorly thought-out comparison, and I understand now how it could easily be misinterpreted. To me, it felt as harmless as saying “the sky is a pool of water” just because they’re both blue. While I didn’t mean anything offensive by it, I understand how it could come across the wrong way, and I take full responsibility for that. Second, regarding the Discord exchange I was roleplaying with a well-known officer in the game. He asked for my age, and I initially gave my real age but later said “21” to match my in-game ID and keep the roleplay consistent. He then asked for my Discord, which I gave, but later told a mod that I was the one who asked for his. When I messaged him, my very first DM was “hello this is a joke,” to make it clear it wasn’t serious or meant to go beyond the game. It was just part of the RP, and I had no intention of taking anything further. The admin even mentioned that my words were likely taken out of context and that it was clear I wasn’t trying to engage in anything inappropriate beyond the roleplay. I now fully understand how seriously Roblox takes these issues, and I’ll make sure to be much more careful going forward. Ban Reason*:I am banned for violating ToS and NLR. ToS because of the remark I compared the player to and NLR i am not sure about. Why should you be unbanned?*:I understand that what I said and did can’t just be seen as a misunderstanding. I take full responsibility, even if I didn’t mean for it to come across the way it did. But I genuinely care about this platform and the community, and I’m asking for a real second chance to prove I’ve learned from this. I’ve put time and effort into being part of the Roblox roleplay scene. I’m not just someone who logs in to mess around. I try to bring creativity, structure, and fun to the game. I help make roleplay situations more interesting and realistic, and I really believe I’ve added a lot to the experiences I’ve been involved in. This ban was honestly a wake-up call. It showed me that even things I thought were jokes or just part of roleplay can be taken seriously and have real consequences. I get now how important it is to follow the rules and be more aware of how my actions come across to others. I’m not asking for this to be ignored. I just want the chance to show that I’ve learned and that I can do better. I want to continue being part of the community in a way that’s respectful and positive. I believe I’ve grown from this and that I can make better choices moving forward.
