Incident Description*:I was RPing a scene out of Starblox of shots fired, and as RPD, I responded along with my partner. This was a great scene. There was a shot heard from Starblox. PD and RCSO assembled and decided the best course of action was to clear the building. We cleared and started the investigation scene. I returned to my car to pick up a gun residue test kit. This is generally used to test whether a person has recently fired a gun. In short, a gunshot residue (“GSR”) wipe test detects the presence of distinctive chemicals deposited on a person's skin, clothing, or other areas. As I was searching my trunk, I was killed for no reason. There was no RP whatsoever. I didn't even hear the gunshot. Before filing this report, I pinged the person I was reporting via MI, asking them why or asking them to provide context. I wanted to wait to see if this person was in the scene. They weren't; the suspect was driving away, according to the Starblox worker. (See Screenshot A1) Furthermore, if you would review the kill logs, it shows that the player has a continued pattern of RDM. (See Screenshot A2) The user in question has recently received a 2-day ban for a previous incident, as indicated in the A3 screenshot. However, this individual has engaged in similar behavior multiple times within a 5-minute window. I am asking that this individual ban be pushed further based on the evidence I have provided here.
