Appealing Roblox Username: TotallyReal47 Appealing Discord ID: 554206978755395584 Ban Length: 1 day What game did the ban take place in?: Los Angeles Why should you be unbanned?: I was banned for shooting a police officer when he rocked up on my gang gun drawn. His "evidence" that it was RDM was that he was only aiming at angel, someone who wasn't wearing a uniform. Here's the issue though. Even in his own evidence and some clips he sent me, you can't even see angel in some screenshots. (you'll need to zoom in) This meant as he was arriving, he was fully aware he was rolling up on MULTIPLE people hanging out together, and not just angel. Furthermore, he didn't have 60 seconds on scene AND drew his gun on us, not just angel. The minute an officer pulls a gun and starts threatening to shoot multiple armed gang members, especially when even HE does not have 60 seconds on scene, gives me every right to air him out. Even if only angel wasn't uniformed, its still very obvious we're all affiliated. We are on the SAME roof, armed with the EXACT SAME WEAPON! There were also visibly multiple of us, two of us visibly uniformed, not just angel. This has by far been one of the most bogus excuses an officer has made to get someone banned for RDM before. It's fully his own ineptitude as a CHP member that got him shot, not RDM by any means or definition.

FURTHER DEPTH: I saw them come up ON MY GANG. They pointed guns AT MY LEADER. If my leader were to engage, it'd be literal suicide for him. And it was also on our gang territory, on the actual oleander block. There's also the HIT on crownvick, which would give me MONETARY incentive to shoot at him. There are so many roleplay angles to look at this from that disprove this is both SI and RDM.

The issue I have with that is I was at the scene to begin with, saw the cops approaching in order to arrest ME. However, they went for my fellow gang members instead. Because we're all in a gang, and have a policy to never let fellow members get arrested (as pointed out in a previous appeal I did), I naturally had to come to their aide. The way I see, it's not really scene interference nor random when theyre members of my gang and also have firearms on them meaning they could potentially get booked for that. I can't just let that happen in good faith. From their POV, it looks random, but it's really not. I had both underlying reason to shoot, and underlying reason to RETURN to the scene, which I cauesd. Why should you be unbanned?: Not only did I have no intention to RDM, but all my actions were actually validified by roleplay. We roleplay as gang called O'Leander St. Disciples. It's an unspoken rule, in roleplay, to never let one of our members get arrested in roleplay. This is specifically for the reason to keep gang members from snitching. However, out of roleplay, this is more or less a pact to never let our friends in the gang to sit in ingame prison for 30 minutes. One of the reasons I entered the police station was a continuation of a previous scene. We had just come from a hostage situation, and star was a surviving member of the gang who had been shot. However, the police never removed his radio tool, hence meaning he still had one in roleplay! And as I have one on my avatar, that also means I'm allowed to roleplay radios as well. We used this in order to "track him down" in the roleplay and prevent him from being arrested. Now not only is this not TK as I am a civilian, and it's also not SK either as the police were ALL in the parking lot, WITH THE SUSPECT IN HAND. So that immediately disregards the both "TK and SK". The officers were not in their literal spawn, and were actively leaving a scene. Now onto RDM; not only did I have no intention to RDM but I actually had time to type out THREE MESSAGES whilst in the parking lot, trying to force the officers into submission. This alone should be enough to prove I had no intention of a shootout, nor did I want to get into one even within the games ruleset. If I had time to type out three messages without killing anyone, that alone should be enough to disprove "RDM x4". I only started shooting after one of the officers turned to me, which is therefore a threat to my life. I was also trying to get a clean shot on only star. In the clip used as proof for my ban, you can also see that the first two people to die were star, and the officer holding him. (crossfire, sorry about that genuinely) . Given the external context behind the shooting, and the internal context of the shooting itself, I and even star (a senior moderator) fully believe I should be unbanned.
