Ban Reason: Final Decision: ❌ Appeal Denied – Severe Violation of Platform & Legal Standards

After full review of moderation logs and user’s explanation:

  • The content posted — even if deleted shortly after — was flagged and confirmed to show a child without clothing, which constitutes a direct violation of both Mountain Interactive’s rules and applicable laws regarding prohibited content.

  • According to [Mountain Interactive Community Rules – Section 1.2: Prohibited Content]:

    “Any content or media depicting nudity, sexual material, or exploitative imagery — especially involving minors — is strictly forbidden. Violators will be permanently banned and reported if necessary.”

  • Whether posted intentionally or by accident, distributing this type of media is non-negotiable and cannot be justified by immediate deletion. Posting such content places our community, staff, and platform at risk of legal consequences.

    My Ban Appeal Appealing Discord ID: 1353103787652419697 Ban Length: Permanent Ban Reason: Inappropriate image Why I Should Be Unbanned: I sent a GIF in the RP chat, but I deleted it within 2–3 seconds. After that, the chief asked me for my Roblox ID, and then he banned me everywhere, even on the MI Discord server. I understand my mistake and I won't repeat it. I’m asking for a second chance.
