I am at my best when strong teamwork and communication are involved in any environment. It is through challenges that I know will further my maturity and growth that have fueled the drive within me to rise above. (Minimum 150 words) Please provide a detailed explanation of your motivation, what excites you about being part of this team, and how you see yourself contributing to our goals. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team? Well I used to be a administrator and moderator for mutiple Roblox community’s, I am a ELS developer for Roblox I just do not sell assets. I am also looking to be apart of amazing staff teams and games to help with any rule breakers. I hope to be able and move up the ranks slowly and help either train new staff member’s or help assist our community in more ways then one. Include specific examples of your strengths, experience, or personal traits that align with our mission. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role: Lakewood CO, I was a head administrator. I have also been a moderator in a couple of other server’s but do not remember the names. I am also a Roblox ELS developer. Mention the name of the community or team, your position, responsibilities, and any accomplishments you achieved during your involvement. How would you handle a conflict between two community members? First I would talk to them privately or at least one at a time to get the story of what happened, once I get story’s I will get any clips that where taken of the situation. I will review everything to the tee and make sure I understand everything and I will consult with a staff member if they are on that staff sit with me if not I will just keep reviewing. Once I figured out what I want to do I will handle them and give them the proper punishments and to just stay away from each other to avoid more conflict. Describe your approach to conflict resolution, including steps you would take to ensure a fair and positive outcome. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role: One time I was in a head administrator role in a community, a issue was brought to my attention about two staff members arguing in front of members and abusing there staff perms on each other. I dragged them both to a private office to figure out what is going on, once talking to them and seeing what caused it I just sat there so they can talk there hearts out and talk to each other. Once we got done talking after about 30 minutes I found out the person abusing there staff perms was doing it way before this argument so he was suspended from the staff team pending further punishment, the second member was also suspended for the arguing but only for 48 hours. Share details about the situation, the actions you took, and the outcome of your efforts. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities? When I get given a task I figure out which is top priority and when it need’s to be done, I always take the one that’s most top priority before everything else and then once I finish that I slowly start working on the other responsibilities I have to do. I make a list of them and list them from most important to lest and make sure I have the time’s written down so I know how much time I have to do them. If it’s a short time window I will get a drink and maybe a snack and just sit there as I work to finish all my responsibilities in the time frame I was given. Explain your time-management strategies and how you stay organized when balancing competing priorities. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why? Integrity is the most important value that can be instilled in a Mountain Interactive Staff member because it builds the foundation for trust, accountability, and respect both within the team and out into the community; all actions and decisions should be made with the best interest of the organization and its members openly, ethically, and transparently. The atmosphere will build up and give rise to feelings of respect and importance among the staff and users; this atmosphere makes for greater collaboration, more effective problem-solving, and gives way to a very inclusive, innovative space in which ideas will prosper and achieve success. It assures continuity in all actions, develops trust, and is a standard to which professionalism should be performed; thus, enabling the staff to handle problems and challenges in confidence and with fairness while creating an atmosphere of truthfulness and dependability; integrity is what each staff person bases his or her responsibility to the vision and mission of Mountain Interactive upon. Discuss a value or principle you believe is crucial and provide reasoning or examples to support your choice. How would you support and encourage new members of the community? I will of course welcome them into the community and just talk to them either if that’s in a discord chat, in game text, or a VC. I will make sure I answer all there questions so they know we have a active staff team to answer anything or assist with them. Once everything is taken care of with them and they have either no more questions or don’t want to talk I’ll just send them off and let them know if they need anything to just contact the staff team or ping me and I will respond. Explain the steps you would take to make new members feel welcome and ensure they have a positive experience. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them? My long-term goal is to minim make it to administrator and if I get there then make it to corporate team. I think being apart of Mountain Interactive give’s me so much opportunity to move up the ranks while also helping a extremely active community. I hope working with community members, other community staff, or even the developer’s will give me more aspect on being a staff member and moving up the ranks within the Staff Team. Share your aspirations and how this role fits into your personal or professional growth. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them? Not really, I think there could be more staff active within all the server’s to moderate but I know that is hard with people’s timezones and availability. I hope I can bring that and be active across all the server’s to make sure they are all moderated. Provide constructive feedback and suggest initiatives or strategies that could enhance the community experience.
