A deputy within the HCSD team attempted to pull me over and I pulled a firearm out and shot him. Why you should be unbanned?: Minutes prior to said incident a similar situation occurred where I was stopped by a deputy near central albany park when leaving the SBI station; He proceeded to exit his vehicle with his pistol and gunned me down right then and there; within my own judgement (which was later proved incorrect) I assumed this deputy who attempted to stop me near aquila park in the oleader housing area to be that same deputy; I assumed (which was wrong) that said deputy would attempt to gun me down in my vehicle again; I jumped from mine drawing my pistol firing shots into his vehicle and drove away; I assumed that since he already shot and killed me that I shouldn't initiate a roleplay scene with this individual but it proved to be incorrect due to it being a different deputy which I soon figured out; I admit that instead of attempting to gun down this deputy I should have reported the first one with proper format to a moderator instead of attempting to TK another deputy.
