I hope all is well. Thank you pokedigge900 and Ash for providing me the resources to get my appeal through with Mods For Dummies. I have gone through with the appeals process and they have accepted my appeal. They have claimed the ticket and have completed the processing. I am putting in this appeal to notify the moderators on the situation and asking to request an unbanning on my account and an unbanning/invitation to the Discord Server. For some reason I am unable to join the discord server as it says I am unable to join. Thank you so much and I look forward to hearing from your team! This will never happen again.Thank you so much again for your teams understanding and I hope we can get this appeal mediatedContext again on what happened: I play roblox a lot and I am involved in a lot of developer communities for many popular games. I have 40+ roblox groups on my discord feed, and there are many times where I get randomly invited (which the server just populates onto my discord feed) to different servers for different games. There must have been a server that was related to the NSFW, and I did not know that it was there. I have gone through myself to filter out the clusters and I have removed servers that were evacuated (that are left unused by people as people left the servers). There were 13 servers in my list that I did not know and I did not use before. My account has always been on good standing with Roblox and Discord. I have always been cautious of avoiding these things from light years away. I believe the Bot might have flagged one of those inactive servers, and I have tried my best to remove all the ones that are not necessary. And have kept the big name servers on my list. I will be more proactive to look out for these false servers. I do hope we can resolve this misunderstanding and I will be more careful in making sure my account stays far away from these things. I do apologize for this and I am moreso shocked at myself that I was not more proactive in this. I love this game a lot and I do not want to lose out on this community that I have formed. I have so many friends and people that I know and I do not want to lose this. I play this game so much and I was horrifically shocked to see that I was permanently banned. If this is a problem with a bot then I am going to continue to try and get that appeal, but if there is any way I can get this expedited that would be even better. The MFD server seems to be running on limited appeals, so if there is a way to squeeze me a spot in that line from someone who has a connection from Mountain Interactive, I would be greatly greatly appreciated of this. I hope all is well. I wanted to seek an appeal for a permanent ban. In all honesty, I have no clue why I was banned for V-TOS. I had played the game a day ago and I was playing normally. I did not do anything that would go against terms of service. I was also not given any reasoning for what term of service I had broken. Further onto the day, I opened up the game to it saying permanent ban for V-TOS. I also cannot see the discord to see what I had done. I am very confused and any information would be insightful. I apologize if I had done anything. However, I am confused what did I do that would have violated the terms of service. Please let me know and I look forward to working on this appeal process with your team. Thank you!

In the clip, I found the cop name that killed me as well. It is hhhh5361 for the roblox username. They were the ones that arrested me and then shot me after.

Where I then moved into the intersection. When he fired, I started to fire as well to defend. What was not shown in this clip, is that since it was a shootout. The other cops started to fire at me too.

I was playing Perris, California. I was playing with my friend, fortnitepro69421. We were riding around together in a Toyota. He then got onto a police bike, as we are RP'ing as criminals, and then was riding around. I was right there and he crashed into the dennys. I was right there in the toyota right next to the intersection. He then started shooting, and then the cops started shooting. Since we are RP'ing, and we were criminal partners, I started to shoot, to defend my partner. And then the cops started to shoot at me. It was a shootout. I then started to run away and went towards the in-n-out. I stopped shooting at them when I did this, because I did not want to seem like I am RDM. I read the rules and I realized that after I started to run, this may not be considered RP anymore. So I stopped my fire and started to run. Then I got arrested by this cop which then he proceeded to shoot me and I died. Then about 2 minutes later, I got banned for RDM. I honestly have no idea why that would be considered RDM when that was a part of the RP. And I even stopped shooting for the cops to get me just because I did not want to framed for RDM. You can even ask fortntepro69421. And I believe the cop that shot me had a name of hhhhh something. Thank you so much for understanding and I do hope we can get this appealed. I honestly and genuinely put all my consideration in for not wanting to show that it was RDM and I did not want to commit any RDM, in which I really did not do. Thank you again. I hope all is well. First off I want to genuinely apologize for the actions I had done. Yes, I had the intention of rping as a criminal, in which I had decided to fire at a group of cops. In my mindset, I thought I was playing rp in which I would be a criminal taking on cops. However, a mod told me that this is considered RDM. I honestly, did not know what RDM is as I only play rp games rarely. And this is one of the few I have played. The mod then told me about RDM and I was educated on it. My intention was not to do RDM, but rather my intent was roleplay. I do apologize and I take full responsibility for my actions. I do love this game so much and I would like to appeal for the 24 hour ban. Even though it is not a lot, I do apologize genuinely, and I want to continue to play this game in this upcoming day. I have a lot of fun and would like to play before I have to go back to school as it is my last day off. Thank you for understanding and I promise it will not happen again.
