Discord ID: 781347856271147039 Ban length: Permanent Ban Reason: V-TOS Why I should be unbanned: Right so; yesterday I get a notification that I've been banned from mountain interactive around 10PM at night (https://gyazo.com/be1ecad8c7c7f576eafab18ca6d59cd7) now included within this ban reason is simply "V-TOS" and no other explanation so I contacted another moderator to see what the reason for the ban actually was.. (https://gyazo.com/98a5d812e0043811ff3cecf7f5a5c2c0) now I did break a rule and I admit that; I didn't know that word was banned since David has sad it a few times within the discord as well and it wasn't using a hard r nor was it used to attack or provoke anyone.. my issue is that not only did it happen 5 days prior to the ban (meaning he'd have to scroll up to see it) I was also already moderated and warned for said word.. (https://gyazo.com/1f934d5d5b27b6f6ccf9ba8583e0880a) the day and moment it actually happened; now I find this entirely unfair and unjust that a moderator within the discord would scroll up to something said 5 days ago with knowledge that I was already moderated for it just to ban me not only from the discord but also the game! This second part will go over my ban from the actual game; earlier today I attempt to join the game and get this message.. (https://gyazo.com/74f714830f261f2e05c71c2529153046) which is funny because this is the main account I use for mountain interactive; The first one he banned was (GeorgeWilliamFord https://www.roblox.com/users/731078844/profile?friendshipSourceType=PlayerSearch) which used to be the account I had linked to my MI discord which I no longer used; this was due to that account being compromised so I switched to another account.. (https://www.roblox.com/users/467201493/profile) now I've only ever used this account to play MI games I stopped using the first one all together; I wasn't ever unable to unlink the first account from the discord or roblox; so I kept that one linked to my discord and simply made a new MI account and simply replaced it with the new one I used for roblox and discord; however this was MONTHS ago.. this was not recent whatsoever.. but the moderator who banned me from the game not only banned the old account I no longer use; he also banned my new one and claimed it was created to avoid action on another account (https://gyazo.com/74f714830f261f2e05c71c2529153046) when that simply just wasn't the case.. I've only ever used that account for MI games and it was also created in 2017!!! (https://gyazo.com/3a007060088a4fd3c076364f5ae6d5fb)! In conclusion; not only did the moderator who banned me have to scroll and purposely look for me breaking a rule; Also within his own judgement and also knowing the fact I was already moderated and warned still decided to not only ban me from the discord, but to also ban me from every single MI game and create a false narrative that I created another account solely to just avoid a ban on an account I don't even use! As well as completely disregarding the fact that account was also made in 2017 and it's been the only account I ever USED within the last 7 months within MI! So he not only banned me yesterday.. mind you when I've already been playing countless MI games on that account; but he also said that account was used to avoid a ban..? How would I be avoiding a ban on using an account I've been using within MI the past 7 months..? What sense does that make..? He purposely and knowingly decided to use double jeopardy against me just to have a reason to permanently ban me from every single MI asset. I believe this is entirely unjust and unfair because I've been in the community for a while and have been a donator for the past 2 years; I've never had any moderation history in the discord up until this point and I've been a very active and engaging member of the community; If you need prove of this contact the moderator "Krdashev" as me and him have been setting up entire roleplay events within project Delta for the past weeks and we got multiple members in the community involved with it and it's honestly a lot of fun. I'd never purposely do anything to disregard any rule; and if I did I'll admit it and accept the consequences. However in this circumstance I was already moderated and warned for a rule I broke but was banned by another moderator 5 days later.
