Appealing Discord ID: 1163794367715217471 Ban Length: Permission (Appealable) Ban Reason: One day I was with a few friends in main chat, joking around making jokes about people within the LGBTQ community (as I am apart of the community), someone then asked “what’s wrong with gay people) I responded with “A lot” as a joking manner, and instantly stated that I was joking: It was then stated that “Mountain Interactive supports everyone” I then responded with “everyone but pedophiles I hope”, I do understand that this is very insensitive and not something that needs to be said within the community and is over all childish on my part. Why I Should Be Unbanned: I believe that I should be unbanned due to my growth & maturity that has occurred, this situation occurred earlier within the year and I was stupid and unprofessional with the things I said, I do understand how wrong I was in the situation and how I can / could have offended someone within the community itself and I will ensure that the future will be better and the same actions will not ever occur again. Why I Should Be Unbanned: Because I learned from the mistake I made, and I understand that it is offensive and I will never make a joke like it again. Additional Members: N/A

Appealing Discord ID: 1163794367715217471 Ban Length: Permanent Ban Reason: “Saying we support pedos” Why I Should Be Unbanned: I should be unbanned because that is far from what I said, I asked a user after they stated “we support everyone” I stated “even pedos?”, at the time it was a conversation that I didn’t start, other members of the community started, yet there was no form of conversation / punishment for them, adding the moderator whom banned me already had a known issue with me. I do understand that joke was inappropriate and not needed, but it was a genuine question I had and will ensure it dosent occur again. Notes: **Never once did I claim that there was anything wrong with the LGBTQ community nor did I make any form of accusation about the MI staff supporting pedophiles, it was a question that I asked and taken out of context.
