Created a ticket over a week ago and still not resolved.

Hey guys, obviously already made a ticket but i cant purchase any subscription. Says declined even tho there is more than enough money in there even trying different cards still declining. I dont know how to fix it and ive tried for weeks but still not fixed or heard from anyone. Anyone ran into this problem or know how to fix it?
