Is there a rule saying that unmarked or unbranded cruisers are still department specific. For example as CHP could i drive an unmarked grey charger that has RPD sirens. Or as another example could i drive an unmarked tahoe with SRU sirens (i know it might be a no on the latter but i still wanted to include it)

Incident Description*:I was driving my unmarked cruiser (an insert given to me by a welcoming subscriber) through the roads behind S&K and near areas, until i saw them following me around, i drove off and later found one pulling the other over at the caltrans parking lot to which i attached, then they put their focus on me and the deputy that pulled the other one over got into my car after pointing out the fact i forgot my radio and bodycam, i tried to stop him from stealing the car (i couldnt lock it) by cuffing him in the car until the other officer cuffed me and uncuffed him, to which he impersonated staff saying he'd ban me (Didnt even say what though), saying that he'd delete my car, saying that i cant drive it, etc etc. Rules Violated*:TA, Corruption, Staff Impersonation Note!: The channel the video was uploaded from is not mine, it is my friend's after i convinced him to do it for me since i dont have a youtube account or medal account (i dont have an eligible email yet) Evidence to Support your Claim*: Uploading Attachment...Uploading Attachment...Uploading Attachment...Uploading Attachment...
