I stopped playing for a while, and when I came back, I suddenly saw that I was permanently banned for “Cheating Servers.” I was really surprised because I have never used any cheats or exploits, and I don’t remember ever being in any Discord servers that promote cheating. I already submitted an appeal once, but it was denied. I’m only trying again because the support team told me to re-appeal here. I honestly don’t understand what caused this ban. I always played fairly and enjoyed the game a lot. If something on my account caused a false flag or mistake, I truly didn’t know. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message): PERMANENT BAN Cheating Servers (Error Code: 600) Why Should You Be Unbanned? I never intentionally broke any rules or tried to exploit anything. I’ve learned to be more careful about the servers and software I use, to make sure this never happens again. I just want to be clear I really love this game and never wanted to harm it in any way. I would be very grateful if my case could be reviewed once more. Even if the decision stays the same, I just hope for some explanation of what exactly caused the ban.
