Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?Ever since I've discovered Moutain Interactive I've grown closer with the community, and supported other players, by getting whitelisted within Several departments and now as a supervisor, helping newer players learn the rules and how the game works, and general supporting other feelings and passions. I've been playing for about year, and some change, while playing and supporting this game, I've pushed to learn about the rules, ToS, guidelines and overall gameplay so I can one day become a moderator to support the foundation of Moutain Interactive. I go to the moon and back to remain respectful, professional and overall carrying to community members and my peers (Officers), Hense why I only have one warning from 2024. Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?Yes. I've been in contact with Fraud, Ash, and several moderators, Now I wouldn't say we are best friends, but they do appreciate when I do contact them. (I've also spoken with David a time or two when he was handling SITS in game.) When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?I am available anytime during the day, 9AM-11PM PST. (Giving around 4-5 hours of work whenever I find fit.) How Would You Handle Rule breaking?I've been watching a lot of SIT Videos, just skimming through #bans and clicking on video links. So, I have been able to grow some knowledge on how MI moderation works. John doe is being pulled over for not using a turn signal. The officer let's call them Donuts flies down the road at 80+ MPH to catch up to John Doe then crashes into John Doe's vehicle going 80+ MPH, Mr. Donut radios the traffic stop and just gets out of the car with air bags going off, he counties with the traffic stop and doesn't mention any pain or the crash at all. John Doe says are you alright? Mr. Donut says ...yeah? John Doe then says are you going to roleplay that crash? Mr. Donut says what's roleplay? John Doe then reply's by !help (Calling Staff) I as the moderator then claim the sit, then teleport to them, I would ask them to get out of the car, so it doesn't glitch, and teleport them to the sit room. At the sit room I ask the reporting party what is going on they, then explain the situation, I then ask for a clip to be sent to my Direct messages or a discord channel. Once sent I review the clip with my volume turned up, I see exactly what John Doe is reporting, I run Mr. Donuts Background, It comes back with nothing on his record, I let him know he is receiving a warning for NITRP and explain what Roleplay is and instruct them to read the rules. I log the clip in Discord using Simple Admin Pro, and teleport both back. Anything Else We Should Know?May be useful may be not, I've started 3 successful companies in the past 5 years recaching over 200,000 in sales for each company, and I am currently in the tech industry. Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?I know a little Spanish, 20-30 words but definitely not fluent.
