The primary issue with this is that it was labeled as "TK", when I was on the CIVILLIAN team. Some context, RCSO had shot me for loading a gun that wasnt even pointed at them outside of spawn (dont even know why they were there), I guess they pressed their panic button because when I spawned back in and walked 2 feet outside of spawn to see who the RCSO was, I was then beanbagged and detained by CHP. I informed CHP this is NLR, and they still tried to arrest me. However they then let me go, and NEVER searched me, so I shot them naturally, as they forgot to search me. So then I was banned for "RDM." This doesnt make any sense as it wasn't random, I was in a scene and shot them. As for the TK, I have 0 clue what that's about. What game did the ban take place in?: Perris Why should you be unbanned?: Well first and foremost, somehow I got banned for "tk" when I was on the civ team and shot 2 chp officers? 2nd. How is it RDM if I was in a scene, they let me go, never searched me while I was cuffed, and got shot when they walked away because of that? Also RSCO was at the spawn (the "old" gas station one) and I guess saw me equip my guns (that I pay 35/month for) so I can load them, then shot me. Anyways, these two CHP officers decided to respond the call because RCSO clicked panic, then they cuffed me AFTER I died so they violated NLR, which I informed them that they did. So 1. they shouldn't have even cuffed me, 2. its their fault they didn't search me while I was in cuffs, which they then got shot upon walking away. Clearly whatever mod decided to FALSELY ban me did not take the time to carefully review the scene, where she (mysticmeadow23) had CLEARLY said to me "PLEASE HELP ME" and "PLEASE KILL THEM." I'd also like to use this as a formal report against said mod, because this clearly is a false ban. I was in the scene, I interacted, and I was still banned.

I talked to the people in the scene, I interacted with them, I was apart of the roleplay, when I saw my new found friend shooting the cops ofc I was gonna help him. I don't understand how thats rdm, its not like I just walked up and started shooting random ppl. I interacted with the scene and those in it before firing. ID: 67205

Why should you be unbanned?: Honestly it was a mistake and a misinterpretation, in the clip on the highway my PC had bluescreened, as it commonly does playing this game due to the many cop cars surrounding me. As for the spawning a new car clip, I did NOT know that cop was after me, truthfully I didn't hear his sirens, and my camera was pointed away. By the time i realized I was being chased, I had already spawned the car, and I didnt know if I should drive off or just take the arrest. It's a big mistake overall and its my first ban.
