Appealing Roblox Username: forsakenaspects Appealing Discord ID: 824051713412825088 Ban length: Permanently Moderating Staff Member: haydz6 What game did the ban take place in?: Perris Why should I be unbanned?: Recently I've been banned from all MI experiences under the reason of "AA" (Alternative Account). I don't understand why I was banned; I was just AFK in chp when I got teleported to the staff room, haydz then told me that he had proof and how I was alting and then proceeded to ban me permanently. I don't really know how to appeal an AA ban since I can't really do much. All I'm just going to say is that I don't have authorization to access the proof. Haydz posted a discord channel ID for proof and when trying to access it, I didn't have permission to view it. I was and still am confused to why I was banned. I hope to resolve such issue by showing any definitive proof that is needed. Especially when purchasing titanium which is costly. I just want to make it out that I do not alt or do anything of such sort. I believe a simple verbal warning could've done the trick since I see a lot of people spawning in inserts when their car crashes. I don't really understand how its "FRP" to spawn a car after someone broke yours, especially when they flee. Theres also no evidence or ID in mod logs to back up the "FRP" or the warning. I don't want to ruin my clean slate over something this small, especially when the frp got out of context. I do understand how the content I forwarded is ill. I just wanted to inquire and get a public opinion on whether or not it was inappropriate since yes, the image background contained an illicit photo of a flag, but the title said "skibidi toliet infranty". I want to deeply apologize for my actions, and to those who I've offended. I was this to be clear that I don't condone or support such actions for phrases with that ill content. I want to make it clear that I sincerely express regret. I want to ask for the forgiveness of the MI community and those who I've offended. I never meant to offend or hurt anyone with the forwarded message. I did not have any ill intentions, and I take responsibility for my actions. additional context: I forwarded this GIF someone sent in this discord server and forwarded it to general, saying "bro.. someone just sent me this wth" In the follow up response I was inquiring if such thing was V-TOS. Staff member: Nolon Staff review: 10/10 Staff review notes: Most people could agree that Nolon is an excellent member of the trust and safety team at MI. He's very likeable and interacts with the community, making rp's more engaging and enjoyable without interference of people that FRP and so forth. For example, whenever I see him around while playing, others can enjoy roleplays that are but not limited to HI's, SO's, LEO rps, etc. If someone breaks a rule during such roleplay, he doesn't instantly moderate them, instead he teaches them and re-does the roleplay. Hence making the game more enjoyable for newer players, whilst still maintaining a fun and safe environment. I don't typically do moderation reviews, but I felt like he had to be reviewed for his compelling likeability and friendliness. I somewhat agree with what you said. Especially considering how "assault" is a charge you can give someone in game, and it could be committed in LA. So, the trust and safety member that banned you would technically be saying if "assault" were to be against V-TOS then LA and Perris would also be breaking V-TOS. However, I personally believe that you were just trying to make an unfunny edgy joke. If it were me, I wouldn't have banned you because you said "assault". You probably got banned since you included "12" in the sentence.
