This guy shoots at me and my friend (my car) when hes on the gun store team for absolutely no reason, then runs back to the gun store and teams up with a cop (Not sure if intentional). We obviously raid the gun store, as the other worker was on our side and kill him and the cop, I die but my friend survives and continues on with the scene. The next thing he attempts to shoot again. I was driving peacefully around the gun store a few minutes after I died. I was checking out whats going on, and then turns out he told the cops that I was killing people after he died (looked like it) and then grabs a gun and all I see is a gun pointed my direction, so I try run him over for self defence. He dies from my friend. I dont want to keep returning after sometime to peacefully buy a gun to get killed or shot at by the guy who actually works at the gun store. I dont even get a chance to act like a new character as I keep having to defend myself. This guy keeps respawning and acting like he was always alive. My friends side - After he attempts to RDM both of us, I end up returning fire, killing him. This then puts me in a standoff with the police. I attempt to surrender, raising my hands as I acted in self defense. I attempt to deescalate the situation when he returns and attempts to shoot me. I reasonably react and shoot him before he’s able to shoot me. This then escalates the scene into a shootout, voiding all potential RP, and I am forced into the gun store. I barricade myself behind one of the display tables, and once again he returns and tries to kill me. I manage to kill him and continue firing off rounds at police officers. Then for a third time he returns, shooting me behind my back. It’s annoying how he keeps coming back instantly to escalate the scene making it unfun and unrealistic, and him abusing his role as a gun store worker to provide himself with guns just to attempt to shoot me is very unfair. After this whole situation, me and my friend left the server because it had ruined our experience within the game. As soon as we try interact with him like kidnap him, he instantly called mods and voided the whole scene TWICE, after that he just walks or drives off like it's nothing. He does not want to roleplay kidnappings nor fear for his life. We got his car stopped because he was chasing my friend and were were planning to kidnap him all along for a hostage scene. We pointed guns at him and asked to put his hands up. He instantly kepy saying !Help and our usernames, he ended the scene and just drove off. He also mentioned that we have to interact with him for 5 minutes before we do something the 2nd time we tried to kidnap him, but I couldn't find that in the rulebook and as again, he was doing !Help. We didnt know what to do, we couldnt force a further interaction as he would just keep telling us that he'll call mods on us. He also said that he would do an IA case on me (1st time i tried to kidnap him), I was not even CHP, he was making personal threats towards me which I didn't even do. This is devastating as he is doing all this to not get kidnapped and he has no intention to ropleplay anything we try to do, even if I allegedly break rules he doesn't have to stop the scene because I wasnt breaking rules by trying to kidnap him. All of this makes me feel like I keep messing up but I know I didn't. He also called me out in CHP general that I was breaking rules without it even being moderated yet, as I feel personally attacked by him. He was laughing at me, trying to provoke me so I would argue with him, but I didn't want to take it personally and wait for a mod to sort it out. Also my friend mentioned to me he also feels personally attacked and harrassed by this individual, as he keeps trying to do anything to not roleplay with us and avoid any interaction, while trying to intemidate us and provoke us to get attention/ get a reaction and I got a clip of this individual abusing his position to provoke a reaction from my friend, trying to fist fight my friend for no reason as a cop, he only tried to defend himself and make the scene look like he was being attacked. I had another incident with him today when he called me out for "rdm" in chp public chat, someone had to delete the messages due to him trying to publicly argue, targeting me. This happened because I was suddenly code 5 stopped by him as soon as he saw us (IA report for that whole scene) We had roleplay interaction for more than 5 minutes. I killed him because he was the reason my friend was arrested and he argued/laughed at me in someway while I was being detained for more than 5 minutes, but he did say he was going to let me go and that was a mistake on his side that he didnt take my gun as I was a felon and he was being curropt (another IA case), and I was clearly angered by the fact he got my friend arrested so immediantly after I got into my friends car and shot him, justifying it was not rdm. Once again trying to get attention from me and provoking me. This is upsetting as it makes me seem like im a horrible person and all these interactions with this individual ruined my day. Im really just trying my best to follow all rules and be a part of the community. This is a message for the mod so I can prove that I think this was a false report. To the mod that will be looking into this - I believe I shouldn't be banned because I shot him because he was pointing a gun at my friend. At first I thought it was just a civilian ontop trying to cook, just as me and my friend were about to. We were going up there to get the stuff while the elevator door comes from up which then I suspect someone was up there. My friend takes a gun out but I tell him to put it down, thinking nothing would happen. Next thing I know he was pointing gun at my friend and I took no time to defend my friend because he was about to shoot. My clip also shows how there was no police car nearby, I was not aware that this was meant to be a scene. We did not hear any gun sounds. And the person states that I wanted to kill him, but I never did and theres no evidence of that. Also the person states that he has killed me before and that im "Targeting" him. But if you check kill logs this person has never killed me before and I have only killed him 2 other times before which was estimated 6 days ago.
