I felt bad and just decided to take the blame for someone. I don’t remember who it was but I was in the passenger seat behind and we were street racing to see the top speed of it and we crashed into a cop, but in the clip apparently it seems like it was me who did it (The mod said this) and he said he had to warn someone about it (which was me) because I wouldnt give names or no one would admit to it. I’ve decided to appeal to clean my record a bit and since it’s been a while since I remembered I have evidence that it wasnt me. I was pretty new to the game after not playing for sometime and unsure of the rules at the time since all i did was walk around and chill with people in the game until i met this dude who did a lot of crime and stuff (He’s now banned for multiple rule breaks) and he told me over dms when we were both running from the same cop to come back and kill him and the cop because he was getting arrested. I did hesitate but did it because he told me to and he told me nothing will happen. He was a bad influence and now I'm aware of all the rules of LA which I have read multiple times. I'm trying to clean my record as much as I can, since 4 months passed from this warning I have understood that killing people when I was not a part of the scene is breaking rules - but also pretty much I was but once again I have no evidence of this since it was 4 months ago.

My friend was holding me hostage and I was fearing for my life until he stood very close to the edge, and did not have his gun pointed to my head so I took the chance to throw him off. I believe I should have gotten a verbal warning when my friend asked the mod about if it was frp or not so we can understand what happened. I understand not to do that next time. I was following the fear-roleplay throughout the scene until that happened and I apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I cannot provide evidence of the mod conversation but my friend can reassure that it was only meant to be a question to see if it was frp so I would like this off my record if possible.

Until I realised it was too late. It was 3 months ago and I really would like to clean this off my record since I acknowledge my mistake and I am more aware of when peacetime comes on. This is a message for the mod so I can prove that I think this was a false report. To the mod that will be looking into this - I believe I shouldn't be banned because I shot him because he was pointing a gun at my friend. At first I thought it was just a civilian ontop trying to cook, just as me and my friend were about to. We were going up there to get the stuff while the elevator door comes from up which then I suspect someone was up there. My friend takes a gun out but I tell him to put it down, thinking nothing would happen. Next thing I know he was pointing gun at my friend and I took no time to defend my friend because he was about to shoot. My clip also shows how there was no police car nearby, I was not aware that this was meant to be a scene. We did not hear any gun sounds. And the person states that I wanted to kill him, but I never did and theres no evidence of that. Also the person states that he has killed me before and that im "Targeting" him. But if you check kill logs this person has never killed me before and I have only killed him 2 other times before which was estimated 6 days ago. He was shooting at me and my friends who were ontop of the dominos roof for a reason untill I climbed down and went around to shoot him.
