I watched the clip and I see nothing much wrong with it. Me and my friend just fleed, we did crash a little bit but it wasnt enough to break our car and its not my fault the tree wasn't working. I kept fleeing because even if he did have a gun, I was inside my car and I felt safe enough to flee as I know cops can't shoot fleeing cars for no reason, we weren't posing a threat to them. The main point I want to get to is they never TP me to sitroom or anything, no mod came to speak to me about the FRP. I must say that was unprofessional of just giving me an unexpected warning. I was still in game and could of been talked to so I could understood what I did wrong - maybe give me a verbal warning so I wont repeat the same mistake as I try follow all the rules to the best of my ability. I was pretty new to the game after not playing for sometime and unsure of the rules at the time since all i did was walk around and chill with people in the game until i met this dude who did a lot of crime and stuff (He’s now banned for multiple rule breaks) and he told me over dms when we were both running from the same cop to come back and kill him and the cop because he was getting arrested. I did hesitate but did it because he told me to and he told me nothing will happen. He was a bad influence and now I'm aware of all the rules of LA which I have read multiple times. I'm trying to clean my record as much as I can, since 4 months passed from this warning I have understood that killing people when I was not a part of the scene is breaking rules - but also pretty much I was but once again I have no evidence of this since it was 4 months ago.

My friend was holding me hostage and I was fearing for my life until he stood very close to the edge, and did not have his gun pointed to my head so I took the chance to throw him off. I believe I should have gotten a verbal warning when my friend asked the mod about if it was frp or not so we can understand what happened. I understand not to do that next time. I was following the fear-roleplay throughout the scene until that happened and I apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I cannot provide evidence of the mod conversation but my friend can reassure that it was only meant to be a question to see if it was frp so I would like this off my record if possible.
