Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?I would like to become a moderator for several reasons, and here's why. I prefer to become a moderator so I can gain more vulnerable and memorable experiences within the community, allowing me to become a better person overall. However, I would also like to apply to become a staff member so I can meet new people from different backgrounds, being able to engage more with the community, whether it would be assisting fellow staff members when in-game. Being a staff member would also allow me to encourage professionalism, as through out my time from being a moderator in a different community, has allowed me to gain important values from the different types of perspectives from people we currently face today! On the other hand, I would also like to become staff as I have a passion for helping people. Helping people would allow me to build a strong character and build future development within myself allowing me to build a new personality including a vison. Eventually leading to an increase in confidence when handling different scenarios you've never faced before, even allowing you to build up the experience and learn from those experiences. Lastly, I would like to become a moderator because I am willing to put in the effort and time to show respect, and how amazing the community can be at times, regardless if there are no staff online in the game or not rules should be followed and enforced at all times to allow a more diverse community, banishing those who do not wish to follow in-game policies. With that said, a new staff member would also allow you to build relations with the community and building trust, allowing the community to expand to a greater number of players, and maybe even future candidate's who are considering to apply as moderators would be looked upon us, due to our vulnerable and strong traits we all and each posses within our character. Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?No, I am not familiar with any staff members within the community. When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?I am usually free to moderate servers during the weekend, but since summer is nearly here, then I would be able to apply for hours if possible. How Would You Handle rule-breaking?Rule breaking would always depend on behalf of the players severity, usually depending on the rule broken such as for an example ''Random Death Match'', could be considered as a warning as players who are not aware of the rules should be promptly reminded to read the game rules before committing any other wrong doings. Another example could also be, ''Leaving To Avoid Punishment'' in my eyes would be considered as a ten day ban if optional. The reason why I am even including the ten day ban is because, players who usually violate in-game rules tend to re-commit and leave to avoid any further escalation from the staff team before any action could be taken, as the ten day ban could also be a warning to players who re-commit.
