PERRIS, CALIFORNIA – HOW TO PURCHASE A GUNThis guide will teach you every step needed to legally and successfully purchase a firearm in Perris, California. Follow the instructions below to avoid issues 1. GET YOUR GUN LICENSEBefore you can buy a weapon, you’ll need to obtain a Gun License. Without it, gun purchases are not allowed. Make your way to Bank of America Road and head downhill. On the right side, you’ll see the Sheriff’s Department building. Enter through the main entrance. Inside, you’ll find an prompt near window for issuing gun licenses. Interact with the prompt and get your license. After purchasing it, you will own the license forever it doesn't expires, allowing you to legally buy firearms in the city. Note: Without a license, gun store NPCs will not allow you to make any purchases. 2. HEAD TO S&K GUN STORENow that you have your license, it’s time to get your weapon. Locate the S&K Gun Store, which is directly across from Little Caesars and AutoZone in the city. Look for the building with a "Someone's Gun Store" sign above the door. Enter through that door to access the interior of the gun shop. 3. PURCHASE YOUR FIREARMInside the gun store, you'll find an NPC. Approach and interact with the NPC to open the shop interface. Choose from any of weapons available for sale. Make sure you have enough in-game money before making your selection. Once purchased, the weapon will be added to your inventory.

Yes, RPD allows you to get PO2 with titanium , PO1 with platinum, not sure about LAPD but it's the same i guess, if you want to get your rank, go ahead and click #information channel in Mountain Interactive Discord Server, then press Los Angeles Police Department or Riverside Police Department, join the server and ask them.
