    Hello, @Pearcoin .

    In whitelisted departments such as RPD, you have to be correct role to use unmarked / undercover vehicles, however CHP or SRU is not whitelisted so you may use any car you want, this can be motorbikes etc.

    Some LEO teams are whitelisted & premium such as RPD, if you wish to apply for RPD, go ahead and click "#information" channel in Mountain Interactive discord server, then you will see "Riverside Police Department", click it, join the server, wait for training. RCSO is not whitelisted, you may join RCSO, other teams are premium.

    Some teams are subscription locked this means only Mountain Interactive subscribers (donators) can access these teams, maybe this is the reason of you can’t access that team, if you wish to buy subscription and access that team go ahead and click this link

    “/bloom off/on” Disables/Enables Bloom Effect
    “/shadow off/on” Disables/Enables Shadows
    “/dropcash amount” Drops Cash
    “/shell off/on” Disables/Enables Shell Ejection
    “/boombox off/on” Disables/Enables Boombox Music

    RPD allows you to get PO2 with titanium , PO1 with platinum, not sure about LAPD but it's the same i guess, if you want to get your rank, go ahead and click #information channel in Mountain Interactive Discord Server, then press Los Angeles Police Department or Riverside Police Department, join the server and ask them.

    Perris has mobile spikes as inserts i'm not sure about LA, there's no TVI/PIT scripts i guess in both games
