I had enough of his FRP so I hopped out to try and arrest him, he then hopped out and tried stealing my vehicle, but my car was locked so he ran to the parking lot of Little Caesars and spawned in a vehicle with the premium vehicle spawner. He then drove away, and crashed further down the road between housing due to a sign that was no where near him, He then hopped out and proceeded to shoot at us, (We shot at him as well because he drove away and he spawned a car and frp'ed) he then tried getting back in the car and another unit boxed him in, he hopped out and spawned in the vehicle again and tried running away, but another unit cuffed him before he could get away.
