i tried to submit a ticket to ask a staff member that i cant sign out my roblox account from mountain interactive and there is a message saying that the account is suspended so i need a staff member to do it.

I was playing Perris, California with a friend while we was on a phone call, I remember there was a dude offering us money if we killed someone (basically a hitman service) so i accepted, i didnt rushed myself directly to where that guy was because i knew that it was going to be RDM so the thing i did was text him on the phone wich he responded so i thought that was an interaction so it was not going to be RDM. I asked him the location wich he responded back, i went to where he said and shot him till i saw his body drop, the friend that i mentioned before was a block away so if something wrong happen he was going to end the work. When he died i hoppen in my car and flee the scene. Then i was in the car with my friend in the last row of housing when i suddenly see that i've been kicked out permanently for RDM, so maybe the guy i killed called staff and didnt told him that we got an interaction with our phones wich lead to my ban. I still doesnt know that if i was still connected why i was not called by the staff to tell my side of the story. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) RDM Why Should You Be Unbanned? I think i should be unbanned because i thinked a lot on what i did, the parts i did wrong, how to correct al the wrong doing and how not to repeat it, i also started playing FiveM so i know now whats a proper interaction before it leads to RDM. I want to apoligize for what i did to all staff members and Mountain Interactive's team and say that im ready for a new opportunity and quit too much killing and illegal stuff and just enjoy things from the game like interactions. Incident Description*:I called a mod because one girl broke the rules of the game. When the admin came i sent him the clip se he could look what happened. When i finished sending the clip i went back to roblox and saw that they were talking about something related to appeal in Mountain interacive but i did like nothing. Then the Moderator said that i need to tell the story, when i was telling it he started cutting what i was saying and i said that i was driving recklessly and fast (i was driving 55 mph in a 45) after that i tried to rewrite the text that i was writing before and he was still cutting me. The cop that arrested me was walking to his car and saying"let me book him, let me book him" repeated times so i said to her"shut up, let me speak". After that the mod holded me and said to the girl to book me, I told him repeated times to "let me talk" wich he answered with " i did" and started to ignore me. Rules Violated*:A moderator is here to help solve problems not to take advantage to a friend because he was obviously acting like that girl was his friend. And he have to let me speak and not just listen tol the girl because im the one who called for !help.
