According to your rule page, V-TOS bans are for things you say or do in chat or voice, not for usernames. I didn’t curse or harass anyone, so I don't understand why I was banned. I also tried to open a ticket, but it was closed because someone thought an AI wrote it. I carefully reviewed your Terms of Service including Prohibited use and did not find any rule that bans a username like ‘freediddler.’ My name uses no profanity, impersonation, or Roblox branding, and does not violate any listed rule On top of that, I have a paid subscription, and now it’s wasted because I can’t play. That doesn’t feel fair. Please check my ban again and let me appeal now. Ban Length: PERMA EXTENSIVE BAN HISTORY What game did the ban take place in?: Answer. I think the last ban for me took place in periss casual rp now. Why should you be unbanned?: Answer. It's been a year or maybe even a bit longer but i've played mountain interactive games for more than 3-4 years and was always a contributing donator because i enjoyed playing it. But than I think after like 9 bans for rdm and other stuff like that I was Perma banned I didn't complain thinking it's fair or even write a ticket to unban my self with an account i spent over 200$ on subscriptions and cars. I'm only here making this ticket now to see if theres even a chance if I can ever play this game again because I think for me to never ever being able to play the game again is kinda sad because theres really no other games like this out on roblox right now. And I just really miss this community and I hope you guys believe in second chances which is why I waited at least a year before making an appeal.
