Appealing Roblox Username: ZenixSin Appealing Discord ID: 1134500215982927962 Warning Date: 17/04/2025 Game Where the Warning Occurred: LA Warning Reason: LTAP Warning Appeal: I was recently warned for LTAP, throughout this whole scene my pc was freezing up leading towards my arrest, whilst in custody I warned the arresting officer about my problems, but he seemed more to care about my warrant out, whilst we were arriving inside the station I disconnected, after disconnecting I made an attempt to rejoin but they were unsuccessful, the moderating member and arresting officer both DMed me but I stated what was happening via sending proof of my PC and Internet Problems, After this the moderating member said he is removing it but I have no clue if this action was taken place, if this did affect anyone I would like issue a formal apologie on behlaf of my internet. Discord ID*:1134500215982927962 Moderating Staff Member:pokedigge900 Incident Description:There were 2 scenes attached to this appeal, Scene 1, Scene 2, I'll start with scene 1, scene 1 is where I was being pulled over for a felony stop and I was in a car with members of my previous gang, we jumped out the car and they were chasing after us, one of my members died in gun fire, other one was being arrested, I was hiding in the dominos parking lot were this scene happened, when I was hiding I saw he was being arrested so I came back out and opened fire on the arrested officer, I was later killed in gun fire, Scene 2, So this happened back when there was the 60 second rule, so I saw one of my members yet again being arrested, so I went to go engage with the officers arresting him, after arguing with them back and forth I went up to the car and was opening the doors while they were driving, they stopped the car and was confronting me, so I pulled out my firearm opening fire on the officers, I was almost instantly taken down, without being brought into the moderation room I was banned for FRP, 2x SI, 2x RDM. Ban Reason*:FRP, 2x SI, 2x RDM. Why should you be unbanned?: I understand my wrong doings and I would really like to fix my actions to correct my wrongs, by sorting out this appeal I could showcase I'm ready to take this off my history to showcase my maturity where I'll showcase my ability to roleplay, as this ban has affected me in a positive way showcasing my increased level of respect and maturity towards the roleplay aspect inside of this game, furthermore I'm a dedicated member towards this community, I like the way this group functions as this is one of the main games I play cause of this aspect, the moderation team is an amazing help guiding through certain scenarios helping me achieve the best scenes possible, as this has taught me proper roleplay so I can do more fun and desirable scenes, due to the help for moderation and my peers I've learnt how to roleplay better showing that I'm ready for this to be appealed.

Incident Description: I was doing a shootout inside of perris first row BOA, and I went to go shoot out the window and when I shot it, I thought it broke so I went to run out, turns out it wasn't, and I was moderated.Ban Reason:GL Why should you be unbanned?: I'm very for this incident as this was months ago, so I've had the appropriate time to reflect on my past actions, I'm willing to change my actions for the better showing how much I've matured over this time frame, furthermore I haven't faced moderation action for around a month showcasing my seriousness on this situation, furthermore I've turned into an abiding member of this community showcasing the example member for others that join, releasing there is more to this aspect then committing such actions labeled inside my appeal, I'm genially sorry for this and hope that this is accepted so I can change for the better, not using this as an excuse for my action but I'll like to note I had no clue this was violating MIs prestigious rules.

Incident Description: (just noting down for whoever's doing my appeal I'm appealing old bans atm), I was inside LASD for booking, whilst inside LASD I decided to pull out a gun inside cuffs, whilst I had the gun out in cuffs I was just generally inspecting, after I was booked a few hours later I was called inside the moderation area and was banned for FRP, NITRP.Ban Reason:NITRP, FRP. Why should you be unbanned?:I just generally want to say I'm sincerely sorry for what happened, it was truly disappointing I had to do that, I wish I've never did that as it broke MI rules and regulations of a member, something I take very seriously, I've spent so much time and dedication towards this game, as I generally love the roleplay aspect this community has to offer, showcasing my loyalty and dedication towards this amazing establishment that has been grown here, furthermore not using this as an excuse for my action but this was when I was fairly new towards this game and genre, I had no honest clue that this was violating a MI rule, if I've known that I would've personally never committed such an action.

Appealing Roblox Username: ZenixSin Appealing Discord ID: 1134500215982927962 Ban Length: Permeant What game did the ban take place in?: LA Why should you be unbanned?: I should be unbanned is due to, I don't believe I broke any MI rules as each scene I had at least over 60 seconds of RP or was personally involved with any of the scenes, I sadly didn't save my clips but you can see in the video I was reported in I had context to be there, Scene 1.) starting off with this scene you can hear me arguing to the officer about one of my gang members being arrested after I was past the 60 second mark I proceeded towards the CHP officer's car to attempt to help my member escape police custody by shooting him as I shot him, I was shot by the officers on scene. Throughout this scene I was directly involved as I was in the car the officer initiated the pursuit with as I fled away from the police, once I heard from the vc proximity that one of my members was being arrested asking for me to shoot him as a form of breaking him out of the cuffs, I came back opening fire on the CHP who attended that call, I was believing that I was involved cause I was one of the origins to the whole scene. Why should you be unbanned?: I would like to unbanned cause I believe that this isnt justified ban, I went up to the arresting officer asking him questions, after a few seconds went by, he procceded went to load the suspect into the vehicle, I was told in game VC by the person getting arrested as we are friends in game to kill the cop, I grabbed my firearm and proceeded to open fire, please let this be known the reporting person has harassed me in my DMs over gang related things as this makes me believe he is doing it for his own personal benfit. (he was also boasting in my DMs that i got banned) please note that if this was RDM im very sorry and looking to make amends for my actions. (TheAresnalLegend was the person being arrested, he also believes that this isnt justified for me to be banned.)

Why should you be unbanned?: I should be unbanned, due to my having no idea at all, that this was FRP, NITRP, as this was my first time being able to access my tools, so I simply went to equip them once I equipped them the arresting officer (the mod) didn't say ANYTHING about that being bad, not a single word, so i had no idea on what i was doing was wrong, furthermore me and the mod that has banned me, had have problems before, he has always arrested me (2-3 back to back arrest for standing, which he stated I was charged with an arrange of other things, so i simply belive that this isnt fare, as I didnt even know this was wrong until the mod HOURS later banned me, I'm willing to fix my mistakes/wrongs with this future knowledge. (the arresting officer didnt even bother taking my firearms off me which should be a sign of incompetence.)
