Because me and my friend had the same looking avatar on they think its him and throw him in cuffs (mind you we are in call so he's telling us what happened) so since I died to a bug and wasn't shot or anything I go back and talk to the cops and tell them everything but 2 LAPD Volunteers that were there came over and were lying saying we threw a firework at them which we didn't so we are (RPing) it and stuff the cops eventually clear it up and lets one of my other buddies go but not the one who looks like me so me and him we like yo lets like get rid of these guys for lying on us so we go to the CVS gun dealer get some guns and go back and kill the LAPD Vol I kill one and the other runs as CHP arrives on scene and starts firing at them think their shooting I have no idea what happened after this as we immediately drove away after we thought we were going To get shot and then we just go back to doing whatever we were doing and then the Mod TPs us. First off, I want to sincerely apologize for causing any trouble or inconvenience to the staff and moderators reviewing this appeal. I never intended to break any rules, and I'm truly sorry for the situation I've put you all in again. This is my second time appealing, and I just want to be completely honest and say how deeply sorry I am. I genuinely didn’t realize that what I did counted as RDM. I thought since I had already interacted with the person earlier, it was okay to proceed with what I did. I now understand that isn’t how it works, and I take full responsibility for not fully knowing the rules at the time. Since then, I’ve re-read the rules multiple times to make sure I don’t make the same mistake again. It honestly hurts because I’ve worked hard to earn my spots in both the Street Crimes Unit in Perris and the LAPD SOB Unit. Just the day after this ban, I had been promoted to Sergeant, which made everything sting even more. I was excited about the progress I was making in RP, and I truly never meant to ruin that by breaking any rules. I hope you can find it in you to forgive me. I care about this community and the role I play in it. I’ve come a long way in learning proper RP, and I just want the chance to prove that I can do better and that this won’t happen again. First of all, I'm very sorry for even having to put the Mods and the people who check these forms through the trouble I'm making Right now. I hope I could be unbanned as I had no knowledge that if you leave a scene and like come back to it you have to re-interact with them as I'm think oh you know I can do this like in real life you know as we had to leave the scene to get what we needed and stuff and yes I know that this is apparently my 3rd ban which I'm actually surprised by the fact I have 3 bans but I'm truly sorry I wasn't trying to RDMING at all as of back then when I had gotten the bans I was still knew to all this RPing stuff but as I have become more knowledgeable of RP I tried my best to not have any type of issues with RDMING or any mods as I'm in both the RPD and LAPD teams and have done extensive trainings to get into both the Street crimes unit in Perris and the SOB unit in LA. But once again I'm truly sorry I didn't mean or even had the thought of trying to RDM anyone I just didn't know that it was RDM and I once again apologize, please do give me a chance to redeem myself.

Yes my main was banned like 2 years ago for no reason and i tried appealing it but back then there was no MI website so i emailed the mi support thing but i never got a reply.

Why I Should Be Unbanned: I have no idea what happened but when I was trying to contact someone regarding some conflicts with some officers in the MI server I found out I couldn't find the server, I then went to the discord in the Roblox bio I tried to rejoin thinking I left by mistake but to my surprise I was met with the thing saying "Unable to accept invite" meaning I've been banned which I have no idea why since I haven't talked in the server at ALL, I haven't gotten into any trouble with any staff members either in game or in any servers. After I found out I contacted the Head Mod in the LAPD server "Jumpvortex" in which she told me i had no mod logs and it shows that I apparently left the server but I can't join back because it seems I got banned. Incident: Me and 4 other units responded to a shots fired from an unknown source at IN and OUT. When we got there we found a body and put a body bag over it before we started investigating as i get out of my car and walk up to them the RDMER walks to us and proceeds to fire at all of us killing us.
