  1. Appealing Roblox Username: Cyang9899 Appealing Discord ID: 480553879151312916 Warning Date: 1/11/25 Moderating Staff Member: c9grave What game did the warning take place in?: Los Angeles, CA Warning Reason: RDM Clip/Evidence: https://medal.tv/games/roblox/clips/jtikJJqEnyV6i_6pg?invite=cr-MSxoVkksMjExMDczOTA3LA Warning Appeal: My RDM warn should be lifted due to the circumstances that played out from the clip. I, as a lawful citizen in RP with a RP-CCW, should by definition, defend the citizens and my own life if I see that someone is shooting at your everyday people you reside in the city with. For example, if we take the real life situation into account, Elisjah Dicken, a man who lawfully shot a man who was attempting to shoot up a mall in Indiana and protected many people from dying (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/indiana-mall-shooting-elisjsha-dicken-neutralized-gunman-15-seconds/), which slightly follows along with the situation that took place in the clip. The situation does not break NITRP because this would a real situation, and RDM should be removed since I had a reason immediately to shoot a man who is willing to shoot up civilians. This is all I have to say to justify that this Roblox warning should be lifted. Thank you, MI.
