(stormswrld#0) What game did the ban take place in?: LA Ban reason: X2 TA I was banned in LA for tool abuse even though both times i used the tools it was for good reason. The first time was when there was shots fired and the suspect pointed a gun at me so i shot him. then a civilian comes up with his phone recording. while i was rendering aid the civilian starts to make verbal threats to me. at this point the suspect dies from his wounds because of the civilian that is threatening me. i did not feel comfortable rendering aid with him around me considering he just threatened to shoot me. i tell him “leave or your going in cuffs” he pulls his phone out and starts recording because he thought i was violating his rights but i insist that i am going to use force if he does not leave the scene. at this time another deputy is also telling him to leave and he does not listen and the deputy who outranks me tells me to hit him i then put my fists up by accident while pulling my baton out i then strike him once for him to comply. the clip that he took is only 10 seconds long so it does not show the events leading up to the use of force. the second situation of “tool abuse” was again a OIS where a suspect was down awaiting FD i put police tape up and some dimwit keeps running in and out the tape where i give him a chance where if he does it again i spray him. he then runs in the tape again and i tap the spray once with him going away after. i then get put in a box and banned. i believe even if these were unjustified 4 days is also unjustified considering people get a one day ban for RDM Medal.tv | Record and Share Game...Roblox - Clipped with Medal.tv14 Views. I was responding to shots fired in the area and there was a subject on the floor bleeding out or dead I couldn’t tell there’s this dude standing right next to the dead body recording on his phone. so i tell him to back up multiple times another deputy is also telling him to get away but he does not listen., many chances were given before I pulled the stick out and whacked him. he then complied and backed up. the second instance of ‘‘TA’’ was when I was at Chinese buffet and I was backing up an officer and the same dude comes back up with his phone recording me basically breathing the air down my back that’s how close he was. I again tell him multiple times to back away from me or he’s getting maced.
